This Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all returns and cancellations of orders placed through feminineshow.com, operated by HearthCart LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with HearthCart LLC (a specialized women’s clothing and related accessories store), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Return Policy. SECTION 1 - ORDER CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellation requests before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is successfully cancelled prior to shipment or production, you will receive a full refund of the order amount (including any paid shipping costs, if applicable). The refund will be processed using the original method of payment, with no deductions or additional fees.
We cannot accept cancellation requests once the product has been shipped out. If you wish to return the item after it has been delivered, please refer to the Returns section below.
SECTION 2 - RETURNS ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
We accept returns of women’s clothing and related accessories purchased through feminineshow.com, subject to the following eligibility criteria and requirements:
2.1 Return Timeframe: Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. Requests submitted after this 14-day window will not be eligible for a return or refund, unless otherwise required by law.
2.2 Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. This includes no signs of wear, damage, or alteration (e.g., tags removed, hemmed, or modified). For women’s clothing items, please ensure they are returned in their original, sellable condition to avoid return rejection.
2.3 Packaging Requirement: The item must be returned in its original packaging (e.g., original garment bags, boxes, or tags intact). Missing or damaged original packaging may result in a delayed refund or return rejection.
2.4 Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, order number, or invoice). Please retain your proof of purchase until your return and refund are fully processed.
2.5 Return Destination: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to the designated return address provided by our customer service team (see Section 6 for contact details).
2.6 Shipping & Restocking Fees: Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the return of any women’s clothing product or related accessory.

SECTION 4 - REFUNDS PROCESS
