This shipping policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed through feminineshow.com, operated by HearthCart LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with HearthCart LLC, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping Policy. This Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Refund & Return Policy.
HearthCart LLC specializes in women’s clothing and related accessories, and we strive to provide reliable, timely shipping services to ensure your purchases reach you in excellent condition. This Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, shipping costs, international shipping rules, and other important details related to the delivery of your orders.
SECTION 1 - SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY
1.1 Eligible Locations: We currently offer shipping to locations within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at new@feminineshow.com for detailed information on eligible countries, additional fees, and delivery timelines.
1.2 Eligible Orders: All orders placed on feminineshow.com that meet the minimum purchase requirements (if applicable) are eligible for shipping. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any location or order that we determine, in our sole discretion, is high-risk, fraudulent, or in violation of our Terms of Service.
1.3 Order Verification: We may verify your order information (including billing address, shipping address, and payment details) before processing your shipment to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud. This verification process may delay your order by 1-2 business days.
SECTION 2 - ORDER PROCESSING TIME
2.1 Processing Timeline: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Processing time does not include shipping time and refers to the period between order placement and shipment dispatch.
2.2 Delays in Processing: Processing time may be extended during peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events, new collection launches) or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inventory shortages, system maintenance, weather-related disruptions). We will notify you via email if your order processing is delayed by more than 3 business days.
2.3 Inventory Availability: If an item in your order is out of stock after placement, we will contact you via email to offer a refund, exchange for a similar item, or wait for restocking (if applicable).
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer the following shipping methods for domestic orders (within the United States), with delivery times calculated after order processing is complete:
3.1 Standard Shipping: Delivered via USPS or a trusted third-party carrier. Delivery time: 3-7 business days. This is our default shipping method for all orders unless otherwise selected.
3.2 Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee (see Section 4). Delivered via USPS Priority Mail or equivalent. Delivery time: 2-3 business days.
3.3 Overnight Shipping: Available for an additional fee (see Section 4). Delivered via USPS Express Mail or equivalent. Delivery time: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12:00 PM ET to qualify for same-day processing and next-day delivery).
3.4 Delivery Confirmation: All shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent to your registered email address once your order is dispatched. You can track your order status by visiting feminineshow.com or the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING COSTS
4.1 Standard Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is free for all orders with a total purchase amount of $50 or more (before taxes and discounts). For orders below $50, standard shipping costs $5.99.
4.2 Expedited Shipping Costs: Expedited shipping costs $12.99 per order, regardless of order value.
4.3 Overnight Shipping Costs: Overnight shipping costs $24.99 per order, regardless of order value.
4.4 Return Shipping Costs: Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns). No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the return of any women’s clothing product or related accessory. 4.5 Tax and Additional Fees: Shipping costs do not include sales tax. International orders (if applicable) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS
5.1 Accurate Address: You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or misdelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information (e.g., missing apartment number, incorrect zip code, misspelled street name).
5.2 Address Changes: Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping address. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately at new@feminineshow.com. We will attempt to update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.
5.3 PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via Standard Shipping only. Delivery times to these addresses may be extended by 2-3 business days.
SECTION 6 - LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
6.1 Lost Shipments: If your order shows as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, or property management. If you still cannot locate your order, contact us at new@feminineshow.com within 7 days of the reported delivery date. We will investigate the issue and offer a refund or replacement, at our sole discretion.
6.2 Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., torn packaging, damaged clothing), please take photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging, then contact us at new@feminineshow.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, free of charge, and may request the damaged item to be returned (at our expense).
6.3 Delayed Shipments: If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time by 3 or more business days, contact us at new@feminineshow.com. We will track your shipment and provide an update. If the delay is due to carrier error or our negligence, we may offer a shipping credit or discount on your next order.
SECTION 7 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

7.2 Costs and Delivery Times: International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, order weight, and shipping method. Delivery times vary by country but typically range from 7-14 business days for standard international shipping and 3-7 business days for expedited international shipping.
7.3 Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country’s customs office. These fees are not included in the shipping cost or order total, and we have no control over them. Customs processing times may cause additional delays, which are beyond our control.
